Eternal Spring Qi Gong workshops will seriously improve your overall health and wellbeing, help heal old injuries and prevent physical and mental strain in the future. Workshops are currently held over one or two days and trainings are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. Plus, we offer half day sessions tailored to special groups as well as our main workshops.

The learning experience on all our workshops is easy calm and relaxed, supported by plenty of individual attention and hands-on correction and guidance. There is ample time for feedback and for questions. Shelagh Grandpierre’s teaching is clear and detailed, and her workshops are renowned for their open and welcoming atmosphere.
